Cymedica offers you the possibility to order goods directly through our ordering system.
- We provide transportation in accordance with SDP requirements via our own trained drivers and authorized logistics partners.
- Our drivers will deliver your ordered goods the following day if the order is received by 8:00 PM for the Czech Republic and by 7:00 PM for Slovakia.
- Goods are primarily shipped in returnable packaging. At the same time, our vehicle will collect empty packaging and cooling elements for return.
- Orders delivered by our own transport must be placed on working days by 8:00 PM for the Czech Republic and by 7:00 PM for Slovakia. Alternatively, you can choose one of our contracted carriers. Delivery of your order depends on the chosen delivery method and order time. We typically deliver within 24 hours.
- In the Prague region, we provide delivery twice daily through a special SDP-compliant service. Orders placed by 10:30 AM will be delivered in the afternoon/evening; orders placed by 7:00 PM will be delivered the following morning.
- Our customer service for both the Czech Republic and Slovakia is available on working days from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Sundays and public holidays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- The purchase and sale of products are governed by Cymedica’s General Terms and Conditions, which will be signed and arranged with you individually by your Cymedica sales representative.
